ATV & Snowmobile Patrol

The Becker County Sheriff's Office patrols and enforces both county ordinances and state laws on its hundreds of miles of ATV and Snowmobile trails. These trails also connect Becker County with trails in surrounding counties. The Becker County Sheriff's Office responds to ATV and Snowmobile accidents as well as complaints of trespassing and unsafe or reckless use of ATV's and Snowmobiles.

The Sheriff's Office has a rescue sled that has skis or tires for the snowmobile and ATV seasons. This allows us to get to accident victims that are back down trails or roads where ambulances would not be able to get to and bring the accident victims out to a main road.
