Recorder's Office News...
As of January 1, 2016 Becker County will no longer administer the iDoc system. Access can be obtained at idocmarket.com. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact the Recorder's office.
The best information we can provide is to refer you to the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) webpage. Because these rules are issued by DHS and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and not by the Department of State, the best source of information on REAL ID Act and domestic air travel is to check with the DHS and TSA.
DHS is in the process of scheduling plans for implementing REAL ID enforcement at the airports. DHS will ensure that the traveling public has ample notice (at least 120 days) before any changes are made that might affect their travel planning. Until enforcement at the airports begins, the TSA will continue to accept state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards from all states, as well other forms of acceptable identification listed on the TSA website.
To protect, preserve, and record documents relating to Real Estate and Vital Statistics in a methodical manner for posterity in legal and security purposes. To serve the public in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
