Mission Statement:
The Information Technology Department is established to provide for an
overall integrated information management system. This system is charged
with providing security, voice and data processing, storage, retrieval,
output, and communications to a large number of employees and
departments applying a variety of uses and needs. It is the Information
Technology Department's mission to provide the most current technology
presently available, and yet affordable, to Becker County.
Programs and Services:
Services provided include: hardware and software technical support to
computer users within Becker County departments, administration of the
County's Internet presence, hardware and program technical support to
AS/400 users, technical and program support for Becker County's VOIP
Telephone System, technical and program support for Becker County's
Document Imaging System, and programming and management of the
Courthouse keyless entry security system.
